Exploring Schools with School First

During the spring, usually between April and May, schools host educational and school placement directors for breakfast and a tour. These tours also happen in the fall and this is some of the work we are doing now to prepare to support our families. Admission teams and heads of schools love to show off their schools and as education consultants we love to see them, so many thanks to schools for taking the time to host us!

As consultants we try to visit as many schools as possible each, or every few years, so that we are informed about possible staff changes, changes in the curriculum, or even newly built additional learning spaces. As consultants at School First, we take these visits very seriously. We have all worked in schools and been in discussions about or on committees to share ideas about making changes within a school, so are aware of the impact that this can have on the culture of the school. These are some of the many things that we like to make our families aware of as they embark on their own school visits.

We look forward to hearing about what families take away from their school visits!
